Intelligent Office has worked in co-ordination with OMVIC to provide a customized package of services specifically designed for OMVIC-Registered Wholesale Dealers in the Province of Ontario. This package will eliminate the need for OMVIC-Registered Wholesale Dealers to maintain a physical office, while remaining OMVIC compliant.

This virtual office package will reduce your overhead costs and provide a simple records maintenance solution that ensures your business meets the requirements of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealers Act and regulations.

OMVIC-Registered Wholesale Dealers who become Intelligent Office virtual office members will be able to avoid the normal requirements to

  1. Obtain a zoning letter from the local municipality and,
  2. Submit a copy of their lease agreement to OMVIC for review

The Wholesale Dealer Virtual Office Package includes:

Cost per month: $190.00 + HST
One time set-up fee: $135.00 + HST

There will be no need to ever physically visit your virtual office if you don’t need or want to. Your records can be sent to your Intelligent Office location via courier, or electronically by fax or e-mail, and our staff will update your files in your private, locked file drawer. This is included in your monthly fee. If you are subject to an OMVIC inspection, you will be notified of the inspection and an Intelligent Office employee will make your files available to the OMVIC representatives, provide private office space for review, and make administrative assistance available as required (Some charges may apply.
